Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 working days after order confirmation.

For bulk or trade orders, delivery timelines may vary and will be confirmed separately.

  • Free delivery for orders above $150

For urgent deliveries or large-volume orders, please contact us directly.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of alcoholic products, returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind.

 

We will, however, arrange a replacement or refund if:

 

  • The wrong item was delivered, or

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

 

 

Important Notes

 

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Photo evidence is required for verification

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method
